Early in the year, we created the Daily RICHual, a podcast designed to give you something to get you going, thinking, wondering, or doing each day. The first hundred episodes are quick (they average about a minute), and hopefully relevant for real estate agents AND Buyers and Sellers. The next hundred are on deck….
There isn’t a time when Rich Sands doesn’t remember leading a group of people. For fifteen years he brought out the best in high school students. He took that leadership to the real estate industry when licensed in 1992, teaching Buyers and Sellers, and then real estate agents.
Presently, he is President of Rich Sands Seminars and works closely with international real estate franchise systems, independent brokerages and companies in all industries that want to bring out the best in their people. As a NAR/REBAC and Certified CRS instructor, he conducts dozens of courses each year for the National Association of REALTORS and Council of Residential Specialists.
Mostly, Rich is a real estate guy. Whether you are a Buyer or Seller, his 28 years of experience can guide you through the maze of searching, choosing, negotiating, and owning in today’s challenging market.

While Peak Performance is Rich s passion, it is not the only one. He began running in 1966, ran collegiately and continues to pound the pavement and the trails having competed in over 500 races including 17 marathons and logging over 115,000 miles.
Rich and his wife, Linda, live near Denver, Colorado. She is a kitchen designer and an elliptical girl. He has two sons: Matt and Ryan and two step-daughters: Angela and Alicia.
