Interestingly, the Corona Virus gave us two trends: 1) don’t buy, 2) don’t sell.
Closings are WAY down from last year at a whopping 44%. New listings are down over 17%. Average closed price for the Metro area is also a little down at $487,954, from last month’s $495.
I imagine that when things loosen a little and buyers, and their agents, can get back out there we’ll see an uptick in the closed properties.
