Hitting the Road: Lots of Options, Many Blessings

Screen Shot 2016-04-12 at 7.49.39 AMAs I pack my bags this morning, I am excited about the opportunity to teach at the Western Slope Realtor Rally in Grand Junction tomorrow. I am fortunate enough to get to teach two of my favorite things: Listings (Creating Listing Abundance) and Peak Performance (The Other Side of Peak Performance). Tomorrow begins a ten week run of non-stop teaching action and I couldn’t be more excited.

The fun isn’t just what I do, while I love what I do. The fun is the many, many fantastic real estate agents I get to meet along the way. Realtors get a bum rap in today’s world. Frankly, 99.9% of agents are hard working, caring individuals who are eager to learn and happy to serve. For them, I have LOTS of options in the next five weeks….

Already mentioned tomorrow in Grand Junction. Love western slope agents!

April 19-20 CRS 202 Sales Strategies for the Residential Specialist at the Denver Metro Association. This is such a timely course. Right now in SO many areas, Buyers are stuck behind the eight ball. They struggle to compete and become easily frustrated in the Seller’s market. Right NOW, more than any other time, they need their agents to be their best!!! This class helps that happen. http://www.dmarealtors.com/april-19-20-crs-202-designation-class-dmar-hq

April 21   GRI Fair Housing at the Boulder Board of Realtors. When I “signed up” I didn’t really think I’d like this class. I was picked because I “would make it fun.” Well, it IS fun and so, so valuable to have a handle on this crucial issue in today’s real estate world. Call Jacquie 303-442-3585.

April 22 I get to do the 5280 Elite Agent Luncheon at Coldwell Banker here in Denver. The topic Personal Marketing rules. Nothing more fun and challenging than being with a company’s best agents. Then, much of the next week, I get to hit the road to Coldwell Banker offices in the Denver Metro region to spread the word of Why Marketing Listings is Still Important.

April 28 is exciting. I teach the Elevate One Day at The Group in Fort Collins. If you are ready to take your business to the next level, this is a great course to have in your area.

May 3-4 we unveil N.A.R’s new Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification course, the only NAR recognized negotiation certification and some of the best real estate content I’ve ever seen. It’s at the Douglas Elbert Association in Castle Rock. Register at https://derarealtors.com/upcoming-classes/

May 5-6 is the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation course at the Pikes Peak Association in Colorado Springs. The SRES is such a relevant offering focusing on how housing needs change as people age. Always a TON of fun.  http://ppar.org/event/senior-real-estate-specialist/

May 9 and 10, I head for Iowa. The 9th I teach a three hour CE course at the Iowa City Association of Realtors and on the 10th CRS 103 for Skogman Realty in Cedar Rapids.

Then, it’s off to the Mid Year Meetings in Washington DC before tackling the next five weeks. SO, much fun.
