With real estate markets improving and the business getting busier all the time, wouldn’t it be fantastic to have a place to go to receive the latest news and tips every week? Well, beginning the first week of 2014 and continuing throughout the year, you can do just that. New from Rich Sands Seminars is The Two Minute Tip, a weekly video designed to address the hottest and most relevant topics in real estate today.
The idea is simple: every Sunday evening a new tip for the week will be posted on The Two Minute Tip youtube channel as well as the website (www.thetwominutetip.com). All you have to do is watch. It’s as easy as that. No fee, no charge, just great information designed to help you be better. But that’s not all…
Each tip will be followed by a Tipplication, a targeted way to apply the week’s tip. It might be an exercise, a recommended role-play or a workshop type activity. While The Two Minute Tip will be, well, about two minutes, the Tipplication will generally run between 4 and 6 minutes. The idea is, yes, we want the big picture of the tip, but more than that each tip needs to be applied to an agents business in a real, practical way.
With 52 weeks in the year, we were worried about having enough content until we bounced this idea off of some of your colleagues. Yikes, there is a lot to share. AND….. of course we take requests.
