Before you decide...

Start Here

 Welcome.

If you’re considering an instructor for your next conference, education program, or event, you’ve probably visited a lot of websites.

Rather than ask you to wander through mine hoping you’ll discover what matters, I’d like to suggest a simple path.

If you spend ten to fifteen minutes here, I think you’ll know whether we’re a good fit.

1. Begin with the Thinking Advantage

If you read only one thing, start here.

These short articles aren’t written to market my classes. They’re the ideas that shape them. Over the past year, I’ve become convinced that our industry doesn’t need more information nearly as much as it needs better thinking. The Thinking Advantage is my attempt to explore that idea—one practical discipline at a time.

2. Explore the Signature Programs

Every instructor has topics. I’ve tried to build something a little different.

Whether we’re talking about negotiation, listings, marketing, leadership, or peak performance, every program is built around the same objective: helping professionals think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and make better decisions when the answers aren’t obvious.

Browse the signature programs and see which ones fit your audience.

3. Spend a Few Minutes with Clarity Conversations

Sometimes the best way to get to know an instructor isn’t through a brochure—it’s through a conversation.

These short videos (most are just two to five minutes) explore practical ideas, questions, and observations that influence the way I teach. They’re informal, unscripted, and a good way to get a feel for my style before we ever meet.

4. See What Others Have Experienced

I’ve been fortunate to teach thousands of real estate professionals over the years, and I’m grateful that many organizations have invited me back again and again.

If you’re wondering what it’s like to work together, I think the people who have hired me before can answer that question better than I can.

5. Then Let’s Have a Conversation

Every audience is different.

Some groups need practical skills. Others need fresh thinking. Some need energy. Others need perspective. My job isn’t simply to fill a time slot—it’s to help you choose the program that best serves your audience.

If you think we might be a good fit, I’d enjoy the conversation.

Thanks for spending a few minutes with me. I hope you leave with a better understanding of not only what I teach, but why I teach it.
