Focus For 30

I totally agree. You don’t need coaching, you need a focus.

Having “coached” many agents across the country, some in-person, some on the phone, and some through the wonder of technology. Most of those experiences ended the same: frustration. The elephant in the room for most coaching is that the coachee expects that there is some wonderful secret that the coach can impart. Often the directive for the coach is to “make my business a) better, b) more profitable, c) easier, d) all of these.” That is one big elephant! And while there is a way to eat an elephant (one bite at a time – sounds gross), it requires both parties to be at the table a LONG time. The longer we sit at the table, the better chance we have to lose focus.

Some coaching programs imply that you are broken in some (or many) areas and you need fixing. Some programs only know one way to improve – their way. There has to be a better way, don’t you think? There is…….. Focus.

Maybe you simply need to identify an area of your business that you’d like to enhance. It doesn’t have to need “fixing,” it’s just an area where you’d like to be better, excel, or garner some expertise. The FOCUS is directed at one topic or area, in a short, manageable time period (30 days) and BOOM….. you’re better. It’s not magic, it’s not a secret, it’s focus – Focus For 30.

Here’s how it works, we begin with a phone call identifying your area of focus and how we might proceed. You are given “assignments” to improve that focus every 5 days. We have two additional 20-30 minute calls to keep you on track, answer questions, and share guidance. Emails/texts as needed. And on the 30th day, we recap and celebrate your success. Easy.
