I have been very excited for the release of this course since I completed the instructor training in May. Originally named Working With Military Buyers, the new name Military Relocation Professional Certification is an awesome upgrade (as well as an accurate description of the course). Any agent wanting to create a service oriented (pun intended) business would be well advised to look seriously at this certification option. Skills learned can be applied to active military clients, obviously, but so many of our nations veterans also need the customized care that a well trained agent can provide.
When service members and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. This course focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Learn how to provide the real estate services—at any stage in the service member’s military career—that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals.
This course is required to obtain the MRP Certification and meets the elective course requirement for the ABR® Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC).
